Last night driving home, the petrol price was .93 cents a litre, driving in this morning, it was $1.06 a litre, it went up 13 cents over night and at the same time, oil went to $40.00 a barrel and our dollar went through .70 against the USD, how does that work?! Lucky the cruise lines have taken off their money-making non commissionable fuel surcharges!

We took the Kombi down to greet Pacific Dawn yesterday and I was talking to people getting off. You know, back to basics and seeing what's happening in the world is always a great experience.
