Back in the driver's seat this week, I missed you! It's always great to get feedback commenting on how much you love our weekly newsletter, we get just as much enjoyment putting it together for you!
How good has the Olympics been and especially the Australian team, the best in history! You have to marvel at Bolt though, easily cruising to a World Record 100 meters. If you saw him in the 200m, compared to the others he looked like he was walking! This morning he broke the 200m World Record set in 1996, some said this would never be beaten! I think China has done a great job and cannot wait to see the closing ceremony.
By all indications, commodity prices should come back up after the Olympics which means the Aussie dollar should climb with it. When and if it does, and you buy a cheap cruise based on USD, my suggestion is to pay for it in full at time of purchase if finances allow. I say this because some people that booked a cruise when it was .98 and only paid deposits got a shock when they had to pay-up at .86. It makes a huge difference.
